About Us I have been involved with music professionally for over 30 years as a performer and audio engineer. I first studied music formally, as a child in Los Angeles. After attending the University of California, I have performed nationally and internationally in groups playing both guitar and bass. Currently I am the Director of Guitar Stars, a formal musical training facility in Pawling NY. I teach electric and acoustic guitar, as well as electric bass. Private and group lessons are available. 15 years of experience teaching. Teaching both Classical and Popular Guitar, as well as Electric Bass. Knowledgeable in written music as well as harmony and composition. Have experience teaching all age groups and have spent 6 years teaching part time in a local private school. In addition, 5 years of experience teaching toddler to pre-k music classes, as well as a young people’s classical guitar program. I have also trained audio personnel on different components of computer based audio programs such as: Reason, Sonar, Cubase, and general pc music audio applications.
